Anchor-Tite - Fast-Setting Anchoring Grout for Interior Use

Basic Use: Anchor-Tite is a fast-setting, pourable cement compound. It expands as it sets and locks into place. Anchor-Tite sets in 15 minutes and is stronger than concrete in one hour. This densely compacted material develops tremendous strengths achieving a final strength twice as strong as conventional concrete.

Features & Benefits:
  • Excellent as a quick-setting anchor material.
  • Can be used down to freezing temperatures.
  • Expands slightly as it sets and locks permanently into place.
  • Contains no iron - no ugly rust stains.
  • Mix with water only - no dangerous liquids required.
  • Resistant to oil, grease, and solvents.
  • Can be poured or troweled.
  • Light gray in color - can be painted.
  • Supports heavy loads, strong pulls, and severe vibrations.

Hydraulic Cement - Fast-Setting, Non-Shrink Hydraulic Cement

Basic Use: Sealwall Hydraulic Cement is a fast-setting cement compound that stops pressure water leaks in concrete and other masonry structures at once. This special cement is made in two grades: Fast-Set and Regular-Set. Fast-Set Hydraulic Cement will harden is just three minutes and Regular-Set will set in three to five minutes. Both grades have broad applications for professional use.

Features & Benefits:
  • Dry powder form makes it easy to handle, mix, and store.
  • Easy to apply.
  • Mixing and application does not require special tools.
  • Expands as it sets, locking into place.
  • Can be applied underwater.
Fillit - Fast-Setting Patching & Anchoring Grout

Basic Use: Fillit is a non-shrink, fast-setting cement used for exterior anchoring and patching. Fillit stands up to freeze-thaw cycles, expands on setting, and resists water erosion better than ordinary Portland cement.

Features & Benefits:
  • Excellent as a quick-setting anchor material.
  • Can be used down to freezing temperatures.
  • Mix with water only - no dangerous liquids required.
  • Can be poured or troweled.
  • Moist curing is not required.
  • Can be used with aggregate.

Patchit - Vinyl Concrete - Thin Section Patching

Basic Use: Sealwall Patchit is a one-part, dry powder cement and sand compound with vinyl modifiers. Just add water and it is ready to use to patch or resurface concrete. It is fast-setting and will adhere to vertical surfaces. Thin section repairs can withstand some of the greatest stresses that patches are subjected to. Patchit is self-curing.

Features & Benefits:
  • Tremendous adhesive properties.
  • Improved resistance to freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Increases impact and flexural strengths.
  • Great for heavy-duty industrial applications.
  • Mix with water only - no dangerous or expensive liquids required.
  • Can be feather edged.

Bridge Mix - Pavement & Pothole Repair

Basic Use: Bridge Mix is a fast-setting blend of cementitious material and sand which develops high early strength. Bridge Mix achieves sufficient strength to open the repaired area to heavy truck traffic in one hour. It expands slightly during setting and can be used as supplied or extended by adding coarse aggregate.

Features & Benefits:
  • Easy to mix and apply.
  • Self-leveling material which means no special tools required.
  • Achieves high early strength.
  • Improved resistance to freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Water erosion resistant.
  • Coefficient of expansion and contraction is similar to Portland cement concrete.
  • Fast and controlled set up.
